Shettie the Shetland.

This is from our walk, in between the raindrops. I was very grumpy (I've cracked a rib and I could do without it) but not as grumpy as this Shetland pony. I've decided to just show him in a good light today!

Shetlands are tiny horses from the windswept and far away Shetland isles, where there isn't much grass and few trees. The Shetties became small over the years because there was so little to eat.

This one was wet and hungry and when he realised we didn't have anything for him he got very grumpy indeed.

He shook the gate, he tried to bite a bigger horse that lives with him and generally threw a sulk at us.

Bit like me really.
